In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Appointment Procedures: In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs. You will notice during your visit that our staff are wearing cloth masks that have been made by some of our outstanding clients! We are also utilizing hand-sanitizer and/or gloves between each patient and transaction. Please call to confirm the types of appointments we are able to accommodate at this time.
Curbside Service: If you are coming to our office for an appointment, you will receive a text message 2 hours prior to your appointment with a link to a form to complete. Please reply to this text message when you arrive with your pet’s name and where you are parked. Our lobby is closed to clients so please remember to bring your cellphone so that staff members may call you throughout the visit. For your safety, we will try to keep your visit as contact-free as possible. An assistant will come out to get your pet and provide you with a pager, the doctor will call to get history and review any recommendations over the phone, and then the receptionist will page you to the front at the end of the appointment to complete the check-out process. Cash payments are discouraged at this time.
Pet Care Services: We are following all guidelines given by the AVMA, WSVMA, and CDC and as such, all elective and wellness visits have been postponed for the duration of the Stay Home, Stay Healthy order. Elective Anesthetic Procedures are postponed until the restriction of the use of sterile supplies has been lifted.
Medication Procedures: If you need to pick up a prescription refill or prescription diet, please call ahead to pay over the phone. We have a drive-thru pick up window on the left side of the building where pre-paid items may be easily picked up.
